However, DIS’ work did not stop with the development. We also ensured that everything was produced according to the required quality standards. We identified the most suitable manufacturing plant and ensured that everything was delivered as planned to each site where the new aviation light poles were needed.
With DIS’ mechanical solution, it is now possible to lower the tip of the pole to a position that is within reach of the maintenance crew for easy inspection or exchange of parts.
