At DIS/CREADIS, we create tailor-made production and test equipment for leading industrial players. As we accelerate our growth journey, we’re looking for a Business Development Director to lead the expansion of our Machinery & Equipment business area and set new standards in customer partnerships, innovation, and market impact.

 

Based at our Aarhus HQ (3 days/week), you’ll play a key role in driving our commercial agenda, winning strategic business, and strengthening partnerships that shape the industries of tomorrow.

 

Take the Lead – Own the Commercial Growth

In this role, you’ll set the pace and direction for Machinery & Equipment’s growth by:

  • Taking the lead in strategic sales direction with hands-on oversight of a high-achieving sales team.
  • Identifying and pursuing new customers and opportunities within our main areas of Renewables, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Science and Defense industries – with eyes open to international expansion.
  • Deepening and growing key account relationships, ensuring both retention and new engagement (approx. 50/50 split), leveraging your existing network.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead to negotiation and closing, with precision and impact.
  • Coordinating sales and marketing activities, driving visibility and positioning.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, bringing market insights and customer needs into DIS/CREADIS’s solution development.

 

We’d Love to Meet Someone Who…

Is visionary, commercially sharp, and relationship-driven – someone who thrives on creating growth, shaping markets, and building lasting partnerships.

 

You bring at least 5 years of senior experience in business development or strategic sales within industrial equipment, machinery, or engineering solutions. Whether your background is technical with commercial insight, or commercial with technical understanding, you know how to navigate complex B2B solution sales and influence at all organizational levels.

 

You may also bring:

  • Sales Leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations and key account leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial excellence, from pipeline to proposal.
  • A flair for shaping value propositions and contributing to leadership dialogue.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, enabling seamless communication across international and local teams.

 

Most importantly, you’re driven by creating real impact, forging strong relationships, and delivering tangible results – with the customer’s success always at the center.
