Data & Infrastructure Specialist

At DIS/CREADIS, we are looking for a Data & Infrastructure Specialist who can take ownership of our data landscape while contributing hands-on to our IT infrastructure and integrations. The role is based at our headquarters in Stilling, close to Skanderborg, where you will work closely with colleagues across the organization.

In this role, you will work across data, infrastructure, and platforms, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You will collaborate closely with IT, stakeholders, and external partners, acting as the link between technical solutions and business requirements.

About the Role

As a Data & Infrastructure Specialist, you will combine architectural thinking with hands-on execution. You will play a key role in shaping how data is structured, integrated, and utilized across the organization.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining data architecture, including models, flows, and integrations
• Defining standards for data structure, metadata, and data quality
• Supporting data governance initiatives, including ownership, access, and compliance
• Designing and maintaining cloud and/or on-prem infrastructure
• Ensuring performance, availability, and security of platforms and data
• Supporting system integrations across internal and external platforms
• Collaborating with application owners, vendors, and IT operations
• Translating business needs into scalable technical solutions

Your Profile

We are looking for a technically strong and structured profile who enjoys working across both data and infrastructure.

Ideally, you:

• Have several years of experience within data, infrastructure, or technical architecture
• Bring experience with data architecture or data platform design
• Have a solid understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (servers, networking, storage)
• Have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and possibly hybrid environments
• Are familiar with SQL, databases, APIs, and data integrations
• Understand principles around security, identity, and access control
• Are comfortable working hands-on while also contributing to architecture and design
