Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Focused)

Your role

As a consultant at DIS/CREADIS, you’ll work across different customers, domains and technical setups. You’ll help design and build solutions where backend reliability is essential — while also contributing to frontend functionality when needed.

You will:

• Design and develop robust backend solutions in C#/.NET, Java, Node or similar enterprise technologies
• Build and integrate APIs, microservices and scalable system components
• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue or similar)
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews and technical decision-making
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and DevOps workflows
• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and ensure the right technical direction
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers when software interacts with hardware, automation or embedded systems

What we’re looking for

You bring:

• 3–8 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer
• Strong experience with C#/.NET
• Additional experience with Java, Node or similar backend technologies
• Hands-on experience with React, Vue or another modern JavaScript framework
• Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing and modern development workflows
• Strong communication skills — comfortable in customer-facing situations
• A proactive, structured mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer environments
• A natural desire to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve your craft
