About the role
You will become part of a business-oriented team that is passionate about creating value for the organization. You are motivated by always ensuring the right candidate fit as we source, engage, and hire talented individuals who are passionate about technology, renewable energy, and sustainability.

You will lead a small team of recruiters, based in Poland, Spain and Denmark while actively engaging in hands-on recruitment activities yourself, ensuring professional recruitment operations and demonstrating best practices in candidate engagement and selection. During the first year of your employment, you will cover a maternity leave vacancy within the team, giving you the opportunity for hands on experience with the recruitment operations and engagement with hiring managers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to our Business Units and hiring managers, understanding their needs, and developing effective strategies for sourcing of global talents.
  • Managing the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to ensure they align not only with our requirements but also our values.
  • Continuous collaboration with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience globally.
  • Active involvement in recruitment projects and initiatives (e.g., introducing a new recruitment platform)
  • Employer branding activities through various channels to attract top talents.
  • Investigating alternative sourcing strategies
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices within talent acquisition.

Your profile

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven colleague who thrive in a dynamic environment. You have a strong business understanding and are motivated by working both at a tactical and operational level.

We imagine that you hold a master’s degree within a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position leading talent acquisition activities in a global environment and across borders. You have full-cycle experience with recruitment and use the most common recruitment tools and recruitment analytics. Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Are result-oriented and motivated by always finding the right candidate fit at the right time.
  • Have proven experience in recruiting engineering professionals or a related technical field.
  • Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Are fluent in English and Danish.
  • Are willing and motivated to travel occasionally for team meetings or recruitment events.
