At DIS/CREADIS, we are looking for an Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our IT Services team at our headquarters in Stilling, close to Skanderborg. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing our IT platform while supporting the business with stable, secure, and scalable solutions.

About the Role

As our new Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will work broadly across Microsoft 365, infrastructure, identity management, and IT operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
• Managing Entra ID (Azure AD), access management, and user lifecycle processes
• Intune device management across Windows and mobile platforms
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure and platform issues
• Supporting security, compliance, and governance initiatives aligned with ISO/NIS2 principles
• Maintaining and improving cloud and hybrid infrastructure
• Supporting integrations, automation, and digitalization initiatives
• Advising colleagues on IT solutions and best practices
• Contributing to documentation, standards, and IT service processes

Growth & Development

We are also looking for someone who is curious about modern IT operations and eager to grow technically.

Depending on your interests, you will have opportunities to work with:

• APIs and integrations such as Microsoft Graph
• Automation and scripting using PowerShell, Logic Apps, or Power Automate
• System integrations and platform optimization
• Security and governance tools within the Microsoft ecosystem

You are not expected to know everything from day one — motivation to learn is just as important.

Your Profile

We imagine that you:

• Have experience with Microsoft 365 and general IT infrastructure
• Are comfortable with cloud services, device management, and user administration
• Have knowledge of Entra ID / Active Directory and infrastructure fundamentals
• Enjoy working hands-on with operations, troubleshooting, and improvements
• Work in a structured and service-oriented way
• Take ownership and communicate well with both technical and non-technical colleagues

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• PowerShell scripting
• Intune and endpoint management
• Microsoft Graph or other APIs
• Security tools such as Defender, Purview, or Bitdefender
• ITIL or structured IT operations
