Internship: Embedded Solutions (Autumn 2026) – Embedded Software and Hardware Development

Join us at DIS/CREADIS this fall for a hands-on engineering internship, where you’ll gain real project experience in electronics and embedded software development. Whether you’re passionate about analogue/digital electronics or writing firmware for industrial systems, this internship gives you the chance to build, test, and explore.

From concept to product – with real impact

As an intern in our Embedded Solutions team, you’ll get a taste of what it’s like to work as a Project Engineer at DIS. You’ll join customer projects that cover everything from idea generation and prototyping to testing and documentation — and your work won’t be for show. The solutions you help develop will be used by real clients, across Denmark and internationally.

You’ll work on projects individually or in multidisciplinary teams — and always with sparring and support from our talented engineers.

Your tasks might include:

• Developing and testing embedded systems (electronics and/or software)
• Designing analogue and digital circuits, sensors, or power supplies
• Writing and testing embedded code for motors, heating, or automation
• Integrating wireless or cellular communication technologies
• Creating prototypes and documenting results for real-world use

About you

You’re currently studying Electronics Engineering (or similar) with a focus on either embedded software or electronics. You’re curious, hands-on, and eager to turn knowledge into action – maybe you have an entrepreneurial way of thinking.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a good understanding of analogue/digital systems or embedded coding
• Enjoys solving complex problems and thinking creatively
• Can take ownership of their tasks and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Is a team player who also thrives working independently
• Speaks Danish or English confidently
