Junior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-Focused)

At DIS/CREADIS, we’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend skills. You’ll be working on modern, intuitive and reliable user interfaces — while also getting the chance to expand your capabilities across the stack.

Your role

As part of our consultancy setup, you’ll be exposed to different customers, domains and technical environments. Variety is part of the job — and you’ll get plenty of opportunities to grow your skills on real solutions.

You will:

• Develop modern, responsive UIs using JavaScript and frameworks such as React or Vue
• Work with UX patterns, component libraries and design guidelines
• Help build end-to-end features in collaboration with backend engineers
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews and frontend-focused sparring
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and automated testing for frontend assets
• Communicate directly with customers, translate needs into solutions and adapt to different project contexts
• Work with multidisciplinary engineers when interfaces connect to real industrial systems

This role is ideal if you enjoy building frontend that users actually feel — and you like variety more than repetition.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for ambitious early-career engineers who want to grow both technically and as consultants.

You bring:

• 0–3 years of experience with frontend development
• Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript and a modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
• Experience with C#/.NET
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and how to create smooth, intuitive interfaces
• Interest in working across the stack (backend experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Experience or curiosity toward CI/CD, automated testing or DevOps practices
• Strong communication skills — comfortable interacting with customers
• A proactive, adaptable and curious mindset suitable for consultancy work
