Project Controller

At DIS/CREADIS, we are looking for a Project Controller to strengthen the financial management of our projects and support collaboration between Finance and the business.

About DIS/CREADIS and the Finance Team

DIS/CREADIS is an international engineering consultancy driven by innovation, professionalism, and strong collaboration. With approximately 600 employees across Denmark and abroad, we develop advanced technical solutions for leading companies worldwide.

You will join our Finance Team of 13 colleagues, covering everything from payroll administration to business partnering. You will report to our Global Accounting Manager, and your primary workplace will be at our office in Stilling near Aarhus or Ballerup near Copenhagen.

About the Role

As a Project Controller, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and control across our projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Controlling of both time-based and fixed-price projects
• Supporting project managers with cost management and financial follow-up
• Explaining the story behind the numbers and linking financial data to project trends
• Preparing project reports, forecasts, and analysis
• Supporting month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition and time consumption estimates
• Contributing to optimization of internal processes and effective use of the ERP system

Your Profile

You may come from different backgrounds, but we imagine you bring:

• A degree as Financial Economist, MSc in Economics and Business Administration, or similar
• Experience from a finance or accounting department, preferably in a project-based business
• Knowledge of accounting for fixed-price projects
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
