Senior HVAC Engineer

As an HVAC Engineer at CREADIS Sp. z o.o. you will get an independent and varied workday with professional challenges matching your skills. You will be involved in small and large development projects, and you will be responsible for project implementation in close dialogue with our customers. Your tasks will among others be to participate in development projects within the field of electrical engineering, developing and reviewing design specifications, participation in the design and development of technical documentation: diagrams, technical descriptions, schematic design, making changes to the technical documentation, device specifications and troubleshooting, solving technical problems during project implementation, cooperation with the project team at all stages of implementation, other work resulting from the design assumptions.

Your responsibilities:

• Participation in the design process and creation of technical documentation i.e., calculations, 3D modelling and layout preparation, technical descriptions, equipment selection, technical evaluation, bill of material.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations, determine airflow requirements, sound calculations, hydronic calculations, etc.
• Sizing HVAC equipment (such as AHUs, Boilers, Chillers, Heat Pumps, Heating and Cooling Units, Pumps etc..), ductwork systems, pipework systems and all necessary accessories and fittings.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, vendor bid evaluations and risk assessments.
• Taking care of the implementation of the design in accordance with the international, local and client standards, high quality, deadlines and the assumed budget.
• Develop projects from the concept phase to the detail design.
• Experience in the design of water services systems (such as potable cold/hot water, sanitary sewage and rainwater collection systems) and process utilities systems (such as technical gases) design will be an asset.
• On-site inspections of designed systems if needed.
• Possibility of foreign business trips.

Our requirements:

• Relevant bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical, HVAC Engineering or similar combined with minimum 6 years of experience focused on HVAC Engineering or from a similar position.
• Experience in the field of plant engineering industry.
• Experience in working with Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit) or similar.
• Independent way of working with very good communication skills.
• International work experience will be an asset.
• Professional Engineering License will be an asset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
