Senior Project Manager for Solution Projects

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key player in our Solution Projects department, where we create high-quality, tailored solutions for our customers. You will have an independent job with a varied workday filled with professional challenges. Your primary tasks will include:

• Project Management: Responsible for project planning, scoping, quoting, and project execution. 

• Quality Management: Ensure that projects deliver according to agreements, including the project’s benefits, disbenefits, costs, quality/requirements, risks, scope, and time. 

• Risk Management: Ongoing planning and handling of issues and uncertainties in close dialogue with internal engineering teams and customers. 

• Stakeholder Management: Effective and skilled handling of stakeholders to ensure clear agreements with the customer and measurement of the project’s progress and status. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across industries and organizations with a large contact area and collaboration at all levels in an organization. 

Who Are You?
You have a theoretical background as a diploma/civil engineer, or you may have a more commercial education with a focus on project management. We are searching for candidates with several years of documented project management experience where you independently have had the responsibility for solution projects and preferably have the appropriate project management certifications to support it.  

• Project Management Experience: Several years of documented experience in project management, where the candidate has independently been responsible for solution projects. 

• Method Knowledge: Knowledge of best-practice methods such as PRINCE2 and SCRUM and the ability to apply these in practice. 

• Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills in both Danish and English, and the ability to collaborate at all levels in an organization. 

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a changing environment with different corporate cultures and industries, and motivation to handle changes. 

• Leadership and Motivation Skills: Ability to lead and motivate people, as well as a passion for project management as a discipline and a desire to develop as a project manager.
