Drive Business Growth Through Strategic Talent Acquisition

At DIS/CREADIS, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is motivated by making a real business impact through recruitment.

 

You will play a key role in strengthening our hiring efforts for a strategically important customer, helping to build the talent foundation needed to support an ambitious growth journey.

 

Working closely with selected business units, you will translate business needs into targeted hiring activities, identifying and attracting the software talent required to scale. In a highly competitive market, your ability to navigate complexity, provide insight, and deliver strong results will be essential.

 

You will be based in Stilling, south of Aarhus, where you will be part of a small and collaborative HR & Talent team, working closely with colleagues across the organization.

 

Your Role

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of full recruitment cycles and act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. You will help identify, engage, and hire the right profiles in an area where demand for technical expertise continues to grow rapidly.

 

You will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role alignment to offer handling
  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines, with a strong focus on sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Advise hiring managers using market insights and recruitment best practices
  • Ensure a structured and high-quality candidate experience
  • Support the strategic growth of a key customer through targeted talent acquisition efforts
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across HR, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders.

 

What You Bring

You bring experience from a similar role and are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve.

 

We imagine you bring several of the following:

  • Solid experience running full recruitment processes, including search, selection and screening interviews
  • Proven track record recruiting software profiles (e.g. embedded, backend, front-end, cloud)
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to build trust and advise hiring leaders at different levels
  • A structured, process-driven mindset with attention to quality
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A background from a technical, engineering, or consultancy environment is an advantage
