Airmaster is an innovative ventilation supplier whose mission is to give more people the absolute best air quality and thermal indoor climate comfort. They provide simple solutions focused on low energy and resource consumption. Airmaster products are also digitally connected to their Airlinq online control panel. Airmaster wanted to upgrade the control panel to create more value for users and sought a partner to help improve the Airlinq solution.
A user survey revealed a need to simplify the user interface of their current platform and allow for enhanced grouping functionality. Airmaster's development team needed to redesign the architecture and user interface and the platform's functionality. The company also wanted to track how users interacted with the product to identify future features and services.
In partnership with DIS/CREADIS, Airmaster's Product Manager and development team created a structured overview of user types and usage patterns, which was used as the basis for redesigning the architecture and user interface as well as for functionality specifically tailored to Airmaster's users. The entire concept was rethought, and a more user-friendly page created. The new platform delivers valuable services to users, while the data structures enable Airmaster to better track how users on various levels interact with the product.
The new Airlinq control panel concept delivers valuable services to users and the data captured enables Airmaster to better track how users at various levels interact with the product. This provides an important database for Airmaster's development department for future development. The new platform is more user-friendly and contains precisely the elements customers needed.
DIS/CREADIS optimizes digital solutions and becomes involved in everything from the customer’s digital strategy, business models, needs identification and specification, system and software architecture and choice of technology, to implementation and verification. DIS/CREADIS engineers worked with Airmaster’s Product Manager and development team to create a structured overview of user types and usage patterns, which served as the basis for redesigning the architecture and user interface, as well as for functionality specifically tailored to Airmaster’s users.
“DIS/CREADIS has been particularly good at getting the digital implementations to make sense. The DIS/CREADIS engineers have been extremely focused on our end users and have understood how to create coherence between business and technology.
