Introduction

DIS/CREADIS complies with the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

When you visit our website, various information is collected about you. The information is primarily used to track what places you visit on our site. 

 

You have the option to enter personal information certain places on the site. It may be when you sign up for our newsletter or send us a job application. Due to the fact, that you yourself enter the information, we process them with your consent.

 

If you do not wish information collected, you can delete your cookies (see instructions) and avoid further use of the site. Below, we have elaborated on what information we collect, their purpose and which third parties have access to them.

The data we collect

Cookies

The website uses cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, mobile phone or other device, with the purpose to recognize the device, recall settings, perform statistics and target advertising. Cookies cannot contain damaging code such as virus.

Personal information is any kind of information that to some extent may be related to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a variety of such information. It occurs for example when you access content, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, use other services or make purchases through the website.

 

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP-number, geographic location, and which pages you chose (interests). To the extent where you explicitly consent to this and even enter the information yourself, we also process: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address.

 

The primary area where we collect information is our recruitment portal. If you use it, we will collect the information you enter.

 

Security

We have taken technical and organizational measures against the incident that your information is accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, deteriorated or comes to the knowledge of a person, is misused or otherwise treated in violation of the law.

 

Purpose

The information is used for three general purposes:

  • General statistics on behavior on the site, so we may customize and improve content on our site.
  • Save your information so you may access information and newsletter, or parts of the site that require login.
  • To consider you for possible employment in one of our departments

 

Storage period

Information is kept for the period allowed by law, and we will delete the information when they are no longer needed. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to state a general timeframe for when the information is deleted.

 

Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, geographic location, gender and age group etc. are disclosed to third parties to the extent the information is known. You can see which third parties in the “Cookies” section above. The information is typically used by third parties for targeted advertising.

 

In addition, we use a number of third parties to store and process data. They only handle the data on our behalf and they may not use the data for own purposes.

 

Disclosure of personal information such as name and email etc. will only happen with your consent. We only use data processors in the EU and in countries that can provide a sufficient protection of your information.

 

Use of our recruitment portal

When you enter your full name and email address and submit it to us, your information will be in the possession of DIS/CREADIS.

 

The purpose of data collection, and all other information you enter or upload to the system, is to process your application. If we do not contract with you initially, we may ask you for your consent to keep your information for an additional 6 months.

 

The information you share with us, can be accessed by a limited number of employees – including Human Resources and managers with recruitment responsibility.

 

Furthermore, the information will be in our IT system, which is hosted by a third party. This third party is by contract bound to only process (keep) the information for our purposes.

 

If you do not advance in the employment process, we would still like to keep your information, because we do ongoing employment and use our CV bank for this purpose before we post new vacancies.

 

We retain your information for 6 months. Subsequently, you will receive an email where you can renew or revoke your consent.

 

At any time, you can revoke your consent by sending an email to: dataprivacy@creadis.com

 

Rights and complaints

You have the right to know what personal information we process about you. You may also object to the usage of your information at any time, as well as you may revoke your consent to us processing your information. If the information processed about you is incorrect you are entitled to have the information corrected or deleted.
