Knowledge sharing
event

How do you build a strong professional community – and use it as a lever for cultural change and faster technological clarity?

Join us for an inspiring afternoon at the LEGO Campus, where we will share experiences on embedding new workflows, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and activating collective knowledge.

We’ll focus on how strong communities can drive change even in the most established environments – and we invite open dialogue, reflection, and networking.

Program

15.00: Arrival

15.10: Welcome and tour around LEGO Campus

16.00: Opportunity to arrive late

16.10: Presentation by Katrine Wieck Bundgaard, Senior Manager, Sustainable Design & Simulation, VELUX

How do you build a community around a core competency – and convince the organization that, for example, simulation is more than just testing, especially when the culture is heavily influenced by traditional testing?

This session opens up a dialogue to explore the challenges of cultural change and how to assemble the team that can drive transformation.

16.45: Presentation by Helle Cecilie Fabricius Nielsen, Senior Director, R&D Hardware & Structures, Research & Development, Terma

How do you achieve rapid technological clarity through a community where collective knowledge is stronger than any single specialist?

This is a difficult discipline – especially from a leadership perspective. We’ll share some experiences and invite dialogue on exactly that.

17.30: Time for reflection, networking and refreshments
If you have personal obligations, it’s perfectly fine to leave. Otherwise, you’re very welcome to stay and continue the conversation.

18.30: Program ends
