As a pragmatic, flexible, and solution-oriented leader, you will report to our Group CFO and lead the global IT department, which consists of six employees, including two IT managers whom you will directly oversee. You will interact with all levels of the business, making your communication skills and strong business acumen crucial for ensuring well-informed IT strategic decisions. This role also involves travel, approximately 12-15 days per year, both domestically and internationally.
Description of the position:
We are modernizing our core systems and digitizing business processes to streamline the work of individual engineers and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will be overall responsible for our IT operation and development.

Your profile:
You ideally have several years of experience working in an international company, perhaps in a similar service company. and you have management experience from similar roles. You possess a leadership education and over three years of practical leadership experience, thereby both influencing and building relationships, and demonstrating the ability to lead upwards. Additionally, you have an IT-technical education and several years of technical IT experience in infrastructure or application operations. You are proficient in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
